well after pulling my hair out and taking a road trip to my local bestbuy store i finally got my 200 gig HD replaced after and hour of arguing with the customer service there i have come to the decision that i will n longer purchase products from bestbuy.com or any retail best buy this is the second time i have had problems with this store so if your thinking bout buying from bestbuy please be very picky

Once i had to change a monitor, i got it in a store here, we have 3 good stores, everyone else buys their pc stuff to this 3 stores, so prices are a big diference when u not go to this 3 stores, well, i went there, and they checked the bar code in my monitor, i told thid guy it had a line in the glass, after like 2 hours I finally convinved this dude, ok i was getting ready to get my new monitor, when this dude asked me for the box of the monitor i was exchanging, and i went "man i live in a small place i trew it away", he told me "well then i cant change it" and i went "why". he said "cause i need the box of your monitor and the instruction manual". i fliped off and started arguing so high, all the cusomers turned their head against me, but i kept arguing, so the maneger came and we talked, finally i convinced this dude to get the box and inst manual from the new monitor he was giving me, 3 hours after i came to the store... Man where do they get this people
