Ghosting my drive

Anyone know if u can ghost a 180gb drive???
My drive is almost dead (4wks old max too)
Smart drive has failed and its telling me to backup and replace it got a new drive waiting for me at my mate shop, but dont wanna reinstall all over again got this baby locked down the way i want it , any idea what i can do, was hoping lead might know or anyone else.


Incase my wording is wrong: to ghost a drive u use , a ghost program which copys all yer hard drive onto a drive the same size!

if your using windows xp then all you should have to do is set the drive to cable select on the jumper and hook up new drive and run the settings and files transfer wizard built into xp sry to hear that i just replaced my 200 gig however i had no warning lost everything LOL
but that should work for you lemme know if it dont
