Kuma War is a free FPS multiplayer game based on real life historic events/missions happening today. So fight your own war on terror and download this cool multiplayer game.

There are in fact three free multiplayer games, shootout which is like a death match, Kuma War based on historic events and Dino hunter. I tried it and for a free game its very good, kind of like bf2, rtcw and COD. graphics are quite good as is the gameplay. you can host your own online multiplayer server and config server setting from a built-in console, it has single player and co=op missions, cool weapons and really is worth the 500 MB download.

heh I tried to get these folks hooked on America's Army without success... maybe they'll find this Kuma war thing more fun... we'll see...

well there are 3 games in one and all free which I admit can be a little confusing at first. While there are people playing the numbers are not huge but the game is good fun and is worth trying..... it compare well against the commercial games out there that we pay big bucks for and you won't find the sp missions too easy I promise.

How to find a server

When you launch the Kuma client it updates then opens a window with a webpage, if you look at the lower of the 2 bars at the top u should see Multiplayer. If you click on multiplayer you will get a list of servers running, number of players and so on, to join a server just click on the name on the right side of the server list.

Worth noting is that once the games starts it all looks pretty familiar.

The second way to get online to to click on one of the options on the top bar Network | Kuma War | DinoHunter | Shootout
If you chose Kuma War then Mission list (from second bar) you get a list of maps/missions to download.
or if you choose K\W 1 MP and Extras you can setup and host a server or find one to join.
