There's been a new map released that we will try to run. The map is Village. I will have it available for ftp/download after loading on the server sometime today. It will do this automatically if you allow downloads in the game.

New issue I just found out about concerning the map... We will need to turn the server into a mod server in order to run the new mp_village map. With this comes the loss of a ranked server. Do we want to do this? I personally don't care if it is ranked or not, but just curious on everyone's opinion. I thought maybe we could run all the new custom maps. Man that blows. I think most people want ranked servers, so we better hold off for a while. We need to concentrate on building up a population first, and the only way we're gonna do that is hang out on the server, recruit and lastly, run default maps for the sake of the folks who care about rank.

Wow that sucks you asked to hold off...... because |AoD|420 went an changed the server to an awe4 mod, and he's working on putting on the first big custom map as we speak. Thanks for listening to Scott, you dorf Mikey, now you went an did it!!!  |
